By pooling all our resources we can not only offer you hundreds of thousands of stock images, but also have the ability to generate new material to your specific requirements in the shortest possible time. About our Photographers

We believe our photographers to be amongst the best in the business. Not just because they are skilled in their craft, but because they are enthusiasts themselves, many with strong associations to the industry.

Currently our team includes aircrew, groundstaff, and engineers as well as professional photographers and journalists. By combining our knowledge and expertise, we at AirTeamImages can truly say we know our subject matter inside out. Furthermore, by incorporating members who work with aircraft everyday, we can produce the special 'wow' images which would normally be impossible to obtain from anywhere else.

In addition to their skills and knowledge, our photographers have been selected for their expertise in a particular area of aviation - this way AirTeamImages can offer a complete and balanced view of everything to do with aviation; from grass field flying to the flight deck of an airliner; from the latest prototype off the assembly line to vintage restorations.

Becoming a Member of AirTeamImages

AirTeamImages does not work like a traditional agency. We do not accept individual images for re-sale, rather we operate like a co-operative, with members pooling expertise, images and contacts for the benefit of the team as a whole.

We are always looking for new talent to increase the range and diversity of AirTeamImages, but potential members will need to answer positively to the following points:

1. Do you have the necessary equipment? A current model DSLR and high quality lenses is a pre-requisite. Film shooters are also welcome, provided they they have access to, and are proficient in using, high quality commercial standard film scanners.
2. Do you have the necessary photographic and computing skills? It is not enough to take the picture, it is also necessary to be able to post-process the image to our very high commercial standards
3. Are you prepared to commit the time required? Photography need not be your full time profession, but AirTeamImages will require at least 10-15 hours a week of your time and you will be expected to be in a position to respond quickly to any requests for pictures and services
4. Do you have something unique to offer AirTeamImages? To protect the interests of our existing photographers, we will not dilute their sales potential by stocking large quantities of similar subjects. Your material will need be distinctive and/or novel
5. Are you prepared to work exclusively for AirTeamImages? Our business model requires all commercial work to be handled by AirTeamImages. As a team member you will be expected to channel all business enquiries through the team, and abide by the team's sales agreements and conditions.
